The Bikini.com Supermodels make a splash
The Bikini.com Supermodels have been making waves once again, modeling in the Gottex swimsuit fashion show during New York's famous Fashion Week!

Bikini.com's lovely ladies of swim hit the high fashion runways, with the launch of the 2003 Gottex Collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
Combining the legendary and luxurious designs of Gottex swimwear with the popularity of the Bikini.com Supermodels, the two joined forces for a truly extraordinary event.
The activities started when Bikini.com Supermodels Jennifer England, Desiree Wynn, Irine Krupnik, Sofia Lopez and Angela Fratto flew in from all corners of the U.S. to be fitted at the Gottex showrooms at 1411 Broadway in New York City.
Running straight from the airport to the fitting rooms, the team met with Gottex's designers and production team, and spent hours trying on dozens of swimsuits, just to find the right combination of model and swimsuit.
Of course, the girls looked great in everything, so there were lots of tough decisions to be made! (We bet some of Bikini.com's fans would have liked to have a vote!) Three groupings were selected - a graphic black and white group, a nautical collection, and a spice-colored ethnic group with mirrors and beading.
The models then were whisked downtown for a whirlwind tour of Lower Manhattan. After a visit to Ground Zero, the Bikini.com Supermodels were taken to South Street Seaport, where they dined al fresco with Bikini.com President Howard Sonnenschein, Style Editor Vicki McDougal, P.R. honcho Jennifer Perciballi, hairstylist Eric Sebbag and other friends of the Bikini.com family.
The next morning, the action began. The models were awakened at 5:30 a.m. for a 7 a.m. call time at the fashion tents in Bryant Park. They went straight into the hair and makeup room, where over the next few hours they were transformed by the very top hairstylists from Laurent d'Prive Art and makeup artists from Shu Uemura into high fashion superstars.
They were also followed around by a television crew from "Inside Edition", who caught the backstage action for a segment they aired a few days later.
The girls were put through a quick rehearsal and run-through, and, at 11:00 a.m. the fashion show began. The lights were dimmed, the runway lights were switched on, and some of the most beautiful fashion models in the world began to strut down the catwalks.
When it was time for the Bikini.com Supermodels to do their first pass, they took a deep breath, put on their best high fashion 'attitude", and came down the runway. All eyes were on them as they dazzled the audience with their beauty and their fabulous figures.
